ORDER
W.M.P.No.20572 of 2026 filed seeking permission to the petitioners to join together and to file a single Writ Petition is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee.
2. Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.04.2026 and to allot the lease right for fishing in the “Ambattan Kuttai” (Tank) situated at Vilangamudi Village, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri Taluk and District for the period of five years (2026-2027 to 2030-2031) to the fourth respondent society in which the petitioners are members in view of the fact that the petitioners could not carry the fishing activities in the lake for several months due to monsoon failure and heavy rain, this Writ Petition has been filed.
3. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
