Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to transfer and post the petitioner from Central Prison, Coimbatore to Kovilpatti Sub Jail or in the alternative to Srivilliputhur Sub- Jail or Sankarankovil Sub-Jail by considering his medical condition and his representation dated 27.04.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by considering the medical condition of the petitioner.

3.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
