ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and take appropriate action on the petitioner’s complaint dated 08.05.2026 and subsequent representations regarding, illegal operation of ultrasound scan facilities in violation of the suspension order, dated 04.05.2026 and the provisions of the PCPNDT Act, this writ petition is filed.
2.Considering the limited scope, this writ petition is disposed of in the admission stage itself.
3.In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and 3rd respondent and give opportunity of hearing to both the rival parties and thereafter pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s complaint dated 08.05.2026 and dispose of the same within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
