O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth and fifth respondents to process and submit the pension papers and other proposals relating to the disbursement of death benefits and other monetary benefits, payable to the petitioner in respect of her husband, late S.Chinnadurai and consequently directing the first and second respondents to approve the same within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that her husband was appointed as B.T. Assistant (Tamil) in the fourth respondent school on 07.06.2005 and after having served for about 20 years, he committed suicide on 06.11.2024. Thereafter, the petitioner made a claim for payment of pension and other terminal benefits. However, the said proposals are stated to have not yet been submitted by the fourth and fifth respondents. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.
