ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 13.11.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.9802 of 2023, thereby directing the respondents to approve the appointment and promotion of the petitioner and to disburse all the arrears of salary and other consequential monetary benefits, within a period of four weeks.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed passed by this Court, the respondents considered the case of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 24.03.2026. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 24.03.2026, before this Court.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent did not disburse the arrears of salary and other attended benefits.
4. Considering the above submissions, the respondents are directed to disburse the arrears of the salary and other attended benefits, if any, to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
5. With the above directions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
