ORDER

When this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned

Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the investigation reveals the role of the concerned Sub Registrar in the offence and therefore that Sub Registrar has been added as an accused and final report was filed before the concerned Court. He further submits that a copy

of the final report is also furnished to the petitioner.

2. Recording the same and placing appreciation to the petitioner as

well as the respondents, this Contempt Petition is closed.
