ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the day to day affairs of the petitioner's club, namely, Nanbargal Recreation Club situated at No. 4/60, Main Road, Kadayalurutti 627859, Kadayanallur Taluk, Tenkasi District and permit the petitioner to avail the facilities provided for playing Rummy and other games by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.03.2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that there is no clue about where and how the petitioner is running a Recreation Club. As per the instructions from the second respondent police, the petitioner do not possess any proper license to conduct the same.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the second respondent police for appropriate permission after obtaining license.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
