Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records of the respondents in relation to the proceedings in No.E17/1/11731382/ADK dated 17.03.2025 and in No.AG(A and E)/PEN E16/11635709/4/ R1 635709/800 dated 16.06.2025 by the 7th respondent and in proceedings No.Na.Ka.No.113/A1/2025 dated 11.07.2025 by the 6th respondent and quash the same in so far as petitioner is concerned and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the selection Grade pay band of the petitioner of Rs.15600-39100 + 5400 GP as given in the post of Primary school Headmaster notionally from 05.07.2008 with monetary benefits from 01.01.2011 as fixed in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.381/A2/2011 dated 15.03.2011 by the Assistant Elementary Education Officer, Dharapuram Panchayat Union, Erode District, who is re-designated as Block Educational Officer, Dharapuram Panchayat

Union, Tiruppur District - 6th respondent with consequential benefits of revision of pay and pension benefits and to grant arrears of pay and pension and to release the Gratuity to the tune of Rs.20,84,828/- with
interest 12 percentage per annum from the date of entitlement.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To call for the records of the respondents in relation

2. Heard the learned counsels on both sides and perused the
materials available on record.
3. The issue involved in the present writ petition was earlier
considered in a batch of writ petitions in W.P.No.12275 of 2024 dated 02.03.2026, wherein a similar relief was claimed. The learned Judge after he
