ORDER
Seeking to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the basis
of petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, notice to the
private respondent is dispensed with.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has
given a representation seeking appropriate action against the 3rd respondent regarding money dispute. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner is
before this Court.
4. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for, the 2nd
respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the 3rd respondent on notice under Section 64 BNSS and conclude the enquiry as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and to apprise the same to the 1st respondent every Friday. The 1st
respondent is directed to monitor the enquiry conducted by the 2nd respondent.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
