ORDER
This writ petition is filed for the following relief:
“To direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.11.2025 and to sanction the Dearness Allowance payable to her.”
2. The petitioner would submit that her husband was working as a Managing Director in the respondent corporation and retired from service on 31.05.2005. Thereafter, he passed away on 11.05.2021 and the petitioner became entitled to family pension and all the attendant benefits. The petitioner would submit that the Government of Tamil Nadu issued a Government Order in GO.Ms.NO.327, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 21.10.2019, providing for revision and payment of dearness allowance to pensioners and family pensioners. The petitioner made a representation dated 19.11.2025 to the 2nd and 3rd respondents requesting them to sanction and disburse dearness allowance and arrears along with her monthly pension from the date of entitlement till date. Since there is no response the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representation dated 19.11.2025 has not been considered to date, the 2nd and 3rd respondents are directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioner’s representation on its own merits within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
