PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.11100/ PE 1 /2023 -1 School Education Department dated 15/12/2023, the subsequent impugned order issued by the 6th respondent in E16 / 4 /11635989 / ADK /891 dated 22 /07/2025 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 5th respondent in Na.Ka.No.Aa /49 /2025 dated 19/11/2025 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to settle the revised pensionary benefits to the petitioner in the post of primary School Headmaster as on the date of retirement on 31/05/2025 based on the last drawn salary in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules along with interest for delay in Settlement of retirement benefits at the rate of 12 Percent per annum.

PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in Letter No.11100/ PE(1) / 2023- 1 School Education Department dated 15/12/2023, the subsequent impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1361/ A5/ 2025 dated 3.03.2025 and the subsequent impugned order issued by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.No.277/ A5/ 2025 dated 3.03.2025 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to settle the pensionary benefits to the petitioner in the post of primary School Headmaster as on the date of retirement on VRS on 31.08.2024 based on the last drawn salary in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules along with interest for delay in Settlement of retirement benefits at the rate of 12 Percent per annum.
