PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to sanction pension and other retirement benefits with effect from 01.06.2025 with arrears and interest on the belated payment of the retirement benefits within a time limit.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 01.07.1996 and promoted as Trained Graduate Teacher on 25.02.2011 and attained superannuation on 31.05.2025.
