PRAYER: Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as assistant professor (physics) in the 6th respondent college with effect from 03.10.2024 and release salary and other benefits attached to the same with effect from the said date.
