PRAYER: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to count 50 percent part-time services rendered by the petitioner for the period from 19.4.1984 to 22.12.1996 along with her Regular Service the purpose of qualifying service for pension and to confer all consequential Revision of pension in the light of various orders of this Court.

ORDER
