Writ Petition Criminal filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate and immediate action to restrain the respondents 5 to 10 and his men and agents to conduct the Bullock Cart Race and Horse Cart race without getting prior and proper permission from the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate and immediate action to restrain the respondents 5 to 10 and his men and agents to conduct the Bullock Cart Race and Horse Cart race without getting prior and proper permission from the fourth respondent based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.04.2026 within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already a proper representation from the 4th respondent faction has already been received by the respondent police seeking permission to conduct bullock cart race and horse cart race and the same was rejected by order dated
18.04.2026.
3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order. No costs.
