provisionally for appointment by direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Manager in Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation Limited included in Combined Technical Services Examination (Non-Interview Posts) (Post Code 3349) issued by the Respondent No.1 as illegal and violative of Article 16 of the Indian Constitution in so far as not filling up one post of Assistant Manager under BC(G) Category is concerned and consequently for a direction, directing the Respondent No.1 and 2 to select the petitioner to the post of Assistant Manager under the BC(G) category in the unfilled post in the 2^nd Respondent Department pursuant to the Recruitment Notification dated 26.07.2024 issued by the Respondent No.2 and in the light of the Judgment rendered by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.30420 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 within

the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent

submitted that the recruitment process had been initiated to fill 14 vacancies, and at present, no vacancies remain as all selected candidates have already joined

service.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to

entertain the writ petition, and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

4. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
