ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.160 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit after registration of the First Information Report and after investigation the name of the petitioner has been deleted in the charge sheet and thereby no further order is required to be passed in this petition.
3. In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
