ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, at the instance of respondents 4 and 5, the official respondents are initiated the process of laying public road in the petitioner's patta land. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation dated 10.12.2019 before the official respondent not to lay road in her patta land. However, the same was not considered. Thus, the petitioner has filed suit in O.S.No.103 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Krishnagiri against the respondents 4 and 5 seeking permanent injunction restraining the respondents from laying road. Pending the said suit, the third respondent started laying road in the petitioner's land. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the subject land was given to the Government as "gift" by the petitioner’s husband for formation of road, which was later handed over the Panchayat, who in turn made a resolution to lay the road.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Since the issue involved in this writ petition appears to be civil in nature, this Court directs the petitioner to approach the Civil Court, where the suit is pending and agitate the issue therein.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
