ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 29.08.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he submitted a representation dated
29.08.2025 to the first respondent, seeking a declaration of probation upon the completion of two years from his date of joining service as a Junior Assistant, the fixation of his placement in the 2022 Assistant Panel, and the extension of all other consequential service benefits. However, the same has not been considered to date. Challenging this inaction on the part of the first respondent, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
