PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 518 of BNSS to call for the records in C.C.No.40 of 2015 pending trial on the file of Learned XI Addl.Spl.Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and set aside the framing of charges U/s.120Br/w420,468,471 of IPC and 13(2)r/w13(1)(d) of PC Act,1988, against the Petitioner/A1, order dated 02.07.2025 or pass such other order that this Honble Court.

ORDER
This petition has been filed as against the C.C.No.40 of 2015 pending trial on the file of Learned XI Addl.Spl.Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr. K. Srinivasan, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent, submitted that the trial in this case has already commenced.
3. Recording the submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
The trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, the petitioner is at liberty to raise all available grounds before the trial Court in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
