ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The writ petitioner joined the five year integrated BA LLB degree course in the third respondent Central Law College during the academic year 2017-18. He was unable to successfully complete the course at the end of the five year period. He had to write supplementary examinations for two subjects. The respondent university published the current examination schedule commencing from 08.05.2026. He now wants this Court to direct the authorities to permit him to right the supplementary examinations to be held this month. Hence, this writ petition came to be filed.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner relies on the interim order dated
29.04.2026, passed in WP (MD) Nos.13253 to 13258 of 2026, wherein, a learned Judge of this Court had granted interim relief to a similar candidate.
