JUDGMENT
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared. Already this matter was referred to mediation and the report from the Mediation Centre is received. Before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, settlement was arrived amicably between the parties and a settlement agreement was executed by both parties.
As per the terms of settlement agreement, the settlement deed was executed between the parties. Accordingly, as per the terms arrived between them, this Second Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement dated 03.03.2025 shall form part and parcel of this judgment. Furthermore, as on date, Settlement Deed dated 12.06.2025 has also been executed by complying the terms of agreement. No costs.
Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed.
