PRAYER:

Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to allot a GPF number under the Old Pension Scheme from 01.01.1995 and to grant pensionary benefits under the Old Pension Scheme to the petitioner in view of G.O. (D) No.613, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME-3) Department, dated 24.10.2025.
