Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of a Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate order or direction, directing the respondents herein to produce the petitioner’s daughter namely Dhivyadharshini aged about 18 years before this Hon’ble Court and set her liberty.

‘Order dated 02.06.2026:
The detenue appears online today and states that she is in a Hostel in T.Nagar. She, however, does not give her address but assures the Court that she will present in Court with R3, with whom she is married.

Order dated 03.06.2026:
The detenue and R3 appears in Court today and we have conversed with them. They say that they are married and are apprehensive about the pressure exerted by the petitioner and family members.
