Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.04.2026 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register FIR against respondents 4 to 9 based on the petitioner’s complaint dated 12.03.2026 within a time frame fixed by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

1. This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.04.2026, and consequently direct the third respondent to register an FIR against the respondents 4 to 9 based on the petitioner’s complaint dated 12.03.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen from the records that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 12.03.2026. However, the same is still pending without any progress.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 9, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs.
