ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 21.07.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.07.2025 before the 1st respondent to appoint him to the post of Muthawalliship. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.Haja Mohideen Gisti, learned Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 21.07.2025 will be considered within a period of twelve weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
