The present Original Petition filed to appoint a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the differences and disputes between the parties under the said agreement dated 17.03.2025 in respect of contract bearing No.TCFBL0454000013623311.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to Withdraw the present O.P and had also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

4. Recording the same, the present O.P. is dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
