Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Court's Act To commit and punish the respondents for committing gross contempt of this Hon'ble Court by deliberately and willfully disobeying the order of this Hon'ble Court made in W.P.No.26054 of 2012, 4014 of 2014 and 6055 of 2018 dated 09.06.2025.

ORDER
Today, G.O.(3D).No.11 dated 08.12.2025 has been produced before this Court wherein it has been stated as follows:-
“NOW, THEREFORE, the Government which made the order of suspension vide reference third read above, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (e) (6) of rule 17 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, hereby revokes the said order of suspension with immediate effect and ordered that the said Thiru G. Devadhas, Under Secretary to Government, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi Department is deemed to have been retired from service with effect from the date of his superannuation i.e., on the afternoon of 30.06.2012 and the disciplinary proceedings pending against him shall be continued under rule 9 of the Tamil Nadu Pension Rules, 1978 in accordance with the procedure laid down in the said Rules.”
2. The respondents have filed an affidavit wherein it has been stated as follows:-
“12. I humbly submit that, a sum of Rs.58,620/- (comprising Pay Rs.16,420/- + Dearness Allowance Rs.42,200/-) was sanctioned and disbursed as Subsistence Allowance to the Petitioner up to the month of November 2025.
13. I humbly submit that in Office Proceedings No.102, Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (A1) Department, dated 13.05.2026, orders were issued sanctioning a sum of Rs.16,420/-(being 50% of Rs.32,840/- i.e., Basic Pay: Rs.26,240/- + Grade Pay: Rs.6,600/- as on 26.06.2008) as Provisional Pension to the Petitioner with effect from 08.12.2025.
14. I humbly submit that, the Subsistence Allowance for the period from 01.12.2025 to 07.12.2025 was also duly sanctioned and disbursed to Thiru G. Devadhas, Under Secretary to Government (Retd.,).
15. I humbly submit that in G.O. (3D) No.2, Human Resources Management (Q1) Department, dated 01.06.2026, the Government have ordered to drop the charges framed against Thiru G. Devadhas, Under Secretary to Government (Retd.,) and also dropped further action in the Departmental Disciplinary action against him. Hence, the petitioner is eligible for getting the DCRG amount and the same is being processed for sanction and disbursal.”
3. Recording the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. The respondents are directed to process and disburse the DCRG amount payable to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
