PRAYER :- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the entire records connected with the proceedings in FIR in Cr.No.414/2013 dated 16.10.2013 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.414 of 2013 dated 16.10.2013 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there was no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police would submit that already the matter has been investigated and the referred charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.

4. In view of the same, no further orders is required to be passed in this case and the Criminal Original petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
