ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed to direct the II Additional Rent Controller (II Additional District Munsif Court), Madurai Town, to dispose E.P.No.88 of 2025 in RLTOP No.14 of 2021 within a period stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the landlord. He presented RLTOP.No. 14 of 2021 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, seeking eviction. The said petition was allowed on 30.06.2025. The tenant did not obey the order of eviction and hand over possession to the decree-holder. Consequently, he moved an application for execution on 09.9.2025. As the execution petition had not been disposed of, he has approached this Court by way of the present revision.
