PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to pass an order directing the learned Subordinate Court, Vallioor to dispose injunction petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.53 of 2025 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District, fixed by this Court by allowing the civil revision petition.
ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of injunction petition in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.53 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 28.04.2026, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge, Vallioor, Tirunelveli District. He has sent a report dated 03.06.2026. The only impediment for the learned Subordinate Judge at Valliyoor to take up the suit for disposal seems to be the pendency of the application under Order 9 Rule 7 filed by the first defendant in I.A.No.7 of 2025.
