ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent police to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.12.2025.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent on 05.12.2025 and the same is still pending without any progress.
4.In light of the above, the 1st respondent police is hereby directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counterpart, if any
