Prayer: This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeking to punish the respondents herein for the willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.15302 of 2021 dated 26.07.2021.

THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE KRISHNAN RAMASAMY

This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order dated 26.07.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.15302 of 2021.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government’s Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the order under contempt has been complied with.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government’s Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
