Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioners representation directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner’s representation dated 09.03.2026 and pass appropriate and necessary orders.
ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.
2. Considering the submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh suit. No costs.
