PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to ensure safety and security to the devotees and villagers for smooth functioning of Kumbabishegam at A/m Maha Mariamman Temple, Asakalthur Village, Kallakurichi District on 06.04.2026 pursuant to the peace committee proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/838/2026 dated 18.03.2026 issued by the 3rd Respondent and pass such suitable or further orders.
