PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.,, to call for the records relating to the impugned FIR in Crime No. 59 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.
ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.59 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already main case itself was disposed of by the trial Court by acquitting the accused and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate(Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
