PRAYER: Original Petition filed under Sections 232 and 276 of Indian Succession Act, 1925 r/w. Order XXV Rule 5 of Original Side Rules, praying that Letters of Administration with the Will annexed may be granted to him as the son/legatee/beneficiary named under the Will of the deceased to have effect throughout the Union of India.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
