Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying calling for the entire records relating to the Impugned Auction Notice of the respondent published in Daily Newspaper Dinakaran dated 24.07.2010 in so far relates to auctioning the shops in Rangae Gowder Street, Flower Market Commercial Complex to be held on 09.08.2010 and quash the same.

2.This writ petition has been filed praying to call for the entire records relating to the Auction Notice of the respondent published in Daily Newspaper Dinakaran dated 24.07.2010 in so far relates to auctioning the shops in Rangae Gowder Street, Flower Market Commercial Complex on 09.08.2010 and quash the same.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that at the time of admission, no interim order was granted and the matter was simply adjourned.

4.The writ petition is of the year 2010. In the absence of any interim order, after a lapse of nearly 16 years, nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition.

5.The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition/
