PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 to 6 to remove the unauthorized construction made by the 7th respondent in respect of the property situated in T.S.No.86, J-Block-18, Devakottai Town, Sivagangai District, which extended to the petitioner's adjacent property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2026, and to take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording opportunity to all concerned parties, within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
