ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for violating the orders of this Court dated 17.04.2025 passed in W.P. No. 11680 of 2025.
2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that in this case, charge sheet has been filed and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.1402 of 2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore, thereby the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with and pleaded to close the present petition.
3. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for adjudication.
