ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for committing contempt of Court by willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2023 in W.P.No. 9818 of 2013.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the documents placed on record.
3. It is pertinent to point out that while the present Contempt Petition is pending for adjudication, as against the order passed by this Court, the respondents filed Writ Appeal along with a petition to condone the delay of 717 days. The Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, allowed the said Condone Delay Petition and passed an order not to precipitate the present Contempt Petition.
4. In view of the above order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court, the present Contempt petition stands closed at present. However, the petitioner is at liberty to revive the contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
