ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for their willful and flagrant violation of the order dated 20.09.2024 in W.P.No. 23385 of 2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent and perused the documents placed on record.
3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.23385 of 2024 dated 20.09.2024 has been duly complied with and the compliance report has also been filed by the respondent, thereby pleaded to close the present Contempt Petition.
4. In view of the above, since the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with, the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
