Prayer :Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife, namely, Narmatha, aged about 26 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the detenue has been sent along with the petitioner.
