PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 3, 4 and 6 to take necessary steps to verify the geniuses of community certificate of the 9th respondent by considering the petitioner's representations dated 16.07.2024 and 01.03.2025.

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 3, 4 and 6 to verify the genuineness of the community certificate of the 9th respondent by considering his representations dated 16.07.2024 and 01.03.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he has already given representation to the 5th respondent who on field visit found that the petitioner's family is practicing in Christianity and sought an enquiry and requested the 6th respondent to take appropriate action
