PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Contemnors/Respondents herein for their willful disobedience to implement the order passed by this Court W.P.(MD).No. 16570 of 2025 dated 20.06.2025 and punish the Respondent.
O R D E R
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court, which is the subject matter of this contempt petition, has been complied with by the respondent.
2.In the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
