PRAYER

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the parties have settled the dispute amongst themselves, subsequent to the filing of this civil revision petition. An endorsement to that effect has also been made in the court bundle.

2. In terms of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this civil revision petition is disposed of as settled out of court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
