ORDER
The writ petition is filed for the relief set out below:
"directing the respondents to pass appropriate orders for promotion and payment of arrears with monetary benefits payable to them under the Career Advancement Scheme(CAS) by considering their representation dated 30.09.2025 and to pass orders thereof within a specified time limit."
2. It is the case of the petitioners that they are working in the Government Aided College and were not given timely promotion under Career Advancement Scheme and were selectively discriminated. It is the contention of the petitioners that though they were given upward movement from Level 11 to Level 12 and from Level 12 to Level 13 A, they were not paid the monetary benefits and arrears payable to them under Career Advancement Scheme despite the orders of this Court.
3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioners jointly made a representation dated 30.09.2025 to the respondent, for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, direct the respondents to consider the petitioners’ representation dated 30.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Connected miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs.
