Prayer : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying to direct the District Munsif Court, Tambaram to take up RLTOP.No.28 of 2025 forthwith and to hear and dispose of the same on a day-to-day basis, without granting any further adjournments, within a period of two (2) months from the date of the order of this Court.
ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of RLTOP No.28 of 2025, pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tambaram.
2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.
3. According to the petitioner, even though the respondents have been set exparte in RLTOP No.28 of 2025, the court below has not disposed of RLTOP No.28 of 2025 till date. The petitioner is the landlord and the respondents are the tenant. The petitioner also relies upon the provision of the Tam
