Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein 1 to 3 herein either to treat the petitioner’s bond period as completed and consequently direct the 5th respondent herein to return the petitioner’s original certificates and documents collected by the 4th respondent while admitting the petitioner to the post graduate degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecoloy along with her Post Graduate Certificate or to give posting orders appointing the petitioner in any government hospitals preferably at Chennai Chengalpattu or Tiruvallur on the basis of the petitioner’s representation dated 01.09.2025 to serve the bond period of one year in view of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms). No.351 dated 27.10.2023, Health and Family Welfare (MCA-1) Department.
ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents would submit that petitioner has been posted in a Government Hospital, Madurandagam.
