Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the 1st Respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu. No.18692/2021/E -10 and quash the same.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order dated 03.01.2022 passed by the 1st Respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu. No.18692/2021/E -10 and quash the same.

2. W.M.P.No.29714 of 2022 filed seeking to permit the petitioners herein to file single writ petition as jointly before this Court is ordered on payment of single court fee.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the impugned order 03.01.2022 itself was cancelled vide order dated 18.12.2024 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

4 . In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, other connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
